Air Force Won, Paper-maiche, acrylic and panty-hose
My rendition of Air Force One was done during a residency that I attended October to December of 2007 in Rosario, Argentina at a place called El Levante.
The story behind the project was that I wanted to first, experiment with an unfamiliar process and secondly, create a large scale aircraft.
The idea was to re-create Air Force One with the shadow of 'Democracy' and 'Freedom' flying across the landscape below and little parachutes of testicles being dropped out from behind.
